Release Notes: klogd will now set the console log level only if -c is given on the commandline, not overwriting local settings in /etc/sysctl.conf. It will use SOCK_DGRM as well, and re-enables kernel logging. It doesn't make syslogd fail with a broken -a. It will skip zero bytes and not enter a busy loop anymore. A patch has been made to prevent LogLine() from being invoked with a negative counter as an argument.
