Release Notes: This release features the new SysAid Mobile Device Management (MDM) capabilities, which let admins control all mobile devices as assets, and is integrated right into Asset Management. It also delivers a new UI design for the Knowledge Base, and dual screen Remote Control. SysAid’s ITIL is officially certified by world renowned Pink Elephant and holds a PinkVERIFY™ v3.1 certification.

Release Notes: This version offers 130 new features. Some highlights include a SysAid Calendar that's completely integrated with your helpdesk, a new SLA/SLM module, new API enhancements, better asset control with SNMP innovations, and an iPhone application. This is the largest release to date.

Release Notes: This release includes the Manager Portal, a new module that provides an immediate and customizable overview of the state of affairs in your organization. Managers receive the most relevant information instantaneously, by means of a selection of customizable charts in the dashboard, or by using an extensive range of options for running, scheduling, and generating automatic reports. Nine new features were added, including an option to nominate end users as supervisors, and 23 bugs were removed.

Release Notes: An embedded spell checker was included. Both the administrator and end users can check spelling before submitting a service request or sending e-mail. You can now specify a list of categories supported by each company.

Release Notes: New Web forms that let you add a helpdesk submit form to an existing Web page were added. Easy printing of single service requests, forms, and lists was implemented along with support for Apache Derby databases. Unicode (UTF-8) support was added. New reports for SLA tracking were added: Service Breaches by Category, Administrator, or Company. The ability to customize LDAP integration (Active Directory) and email integration parameters from the administrator's Web interface was added.
