swaret
swaret is an updater for Slackware and Slackware-based distributions. It upgrades, installs, re-installs, and downloads packages, patches, sources (with build scripts), and much more. Dependency support is included, which tracks and fixes missing libraries for all packages. Several Slackware Linux mirrors are used through HTTP, FTP, rsync, or a local filesystem. Third-party Slackware packages are availible on LinuxPackages.net or other repository sites. Internationalization (i18n) is supported.

Release Notes: The GPG check was fixed. The Slackware install script was changed so that it removes old cache files. The --set command was fixed for setting the Slackware mirror or a software repository. The internal routines to read the new FILELIST.TXT format were changed. An Arabic translation was added.
