Release Notes: Surfraw now defaults to graphical mode. The surfraw(1) man page explains how to change the default back. Default browsers are now detected during build. To override this, use the --with-text-browser=BROWSER --with-graphical-browser=BROWSER options of the ./configure script. New search tools were added: piratebay and genportage. Various small fixes were made.

Release Notes: The elvi freebsd, openbsd, filesearching, and ftpfind were added. The elvi translate (babelfish), ftpsearch, fast, and netbsd were updated. The linuxdoc elvi was renamed to slinuxdoc to prevent a name clash with sgmltools. test -r is now used instead of test -e, which inexplicably chocked Solaris8. Documentation changes were added.
Release Notes: A fix for wayward indentation introduced in 1.0.4 which caused -browser to fail (note that SURFRAW_browser was made obsolete in 1.0.4; SURFRAW_text_browser and SURFRAW_graphical_browser replace its functionality), and the format for ~/.surfraw.conf is stated extra clearly for Red Hat users.
