Release Notes: An uninitialized memory read was removed from the regular expression library. DuplicatesChecker.cpp now #includes "unistd.h". The alarm call was removed from GenericSocket.cpp, which hopefully solves the SIG_ALRM problem. The regfree call was removed from HeaderMatcher.cpp, which hopefully solves some unexplained crashes. The mutexes have been rearranged in MultiStream.cpp because of race conditions. It is now possible to use a "no posting" server. Compiler flags for IRIX have been added to the Makefile (not fully tested). The ini file can now contain comments that will be written back again. The ability to limit the maximum messages per group download was added. The installation procedure now automagically includes a working config file.
