Release Notes: The work on "modules" support was completed, an 'svn export' command was added, copy history traversal was enabled in many commands, and there were numerous bugfixes and minor enhancements.

Release Notes: Major fixes were made to limit memory consumption in this release, some improvements were made to server/client error messages, and the 'svn log' path problems were fixed. Other usability fixes and minor bug fixes were implemented.
