Release Notes: This release adds support for Web sites that use the Firebird database server. It adds support for Windows Vista. Built-in firewall alerts on Windows XP SP2 are disabled for Web servers and database servers when a Web site produced by Stunnix Advanced Web Server is run from CD, DVD, USB, or HDD. Many small fixes and improvements were introduced.
Release Notes: This release adds support for running Python and mod_python-based Web sites off CD-ROM. MySQL and SQLite python extensions have been added for Windows, Mac OS X, and Linux.
Release Notes: Support has been added for producing CD-ROMs with Tomcat Web sites on them, with Java and Tomcat running directly off the same CD-ROM on Windows, Mac OS X, and Linux. Tomcat appears to the user on the same port as the main Web server. The CDBuilder GUI has support for installing packages. Some polishing of CDBuilder has been performed. Packages providing a different version of JRE have been created.
Release Notes: This release adds a facility to allow selection of files and folders on Web pages using native GUI dialogs on Windows and Mac OS X. It adds support for PHP curl extension on Windows, Mac OS X, and Linux, for PHP 4 and PHP 5. The CDBuilder GUI has been improved.
Release Notes: Each CD or DVD with a Web server now has a Stunnix Web Server Inspector script enabled. This script allows you to control Web servers and MySQL database servers and browse various logs. CDBuilder (a tool for creating cross-platform CD-ROMs or DVDs with Web and database servers on them) now supports importing MySQL databases from .sql files. Showing the splash screen at startup on Mac OS X has been fixed.
Release Notes: The CDBuilder GUI now lets you set environment variables, and lets you set the MySQL configuration file and siteinfo.pm (per each platform CD supports, and common for all platforms). A splash screen is shown at Web server startup on MacOS X too.
Release Notes: All changes in this release are specific to Mac OS X on Intel CPUs. This version adds support for PHP scripts encoded with the IonCube PHP encoder on Mac OS X for Intel CPUs. This means that now scripts encoded with IonCube Encoder are supported on all platforms Stunnix Advanced Web Server supports (i.e. Windows, Mac OS X on PPC and Intel CPUs, and Linux on Intel CPUs).
Release Notes: Support for MySQL 5.0 for all platforms was added. A user can now choose between MySQL 4.1 and MySQL 5.0 when creating a CDROM with an autorun Web server on it.
Release Notes: Native binaries for Mac OS X on Intel hardware have been added for all parts and extensions not implemented in Perl. This includes extensions like PHP, MySQL, Perl DBI, and DBD drivers. Minor fixes have been introduced.
Release Notes: This version fixes a severe bug with copying of database files from CDs to the HDD. The Web site splash screen stays on the screen until the database server, Web server, and browser are started. A sample Joomla-based site has been added to the trial CD, as well as a guide on how to install Joomla from scratch. CDBuilder has tooltips for most form controls.
