Release Notes: Many bugs were fixed since version 0.4.2, and a bevy of features were added, including a new geoip system (based on MaxMind's GeoLite City), SQLServ for direct access to the database, and IPv6 support. In addition, SrSv now works with MySQL 5.1 and 5.2, and runs on Perl 5.10 and 5.12.

Release Notes: "STATS u" was added, which reports the uptime for services. Multiple memo delete and read were added. AKick delete-by-number was added. OS CLONES was improved so that it doesn't try to KILL users that are offline. A bug in time_rel_long where the number of months was one less than actual was fixed.
