Release Notes: This fixes a bug that could cause SQLCipher to report an error opening a valid database when a specific section of the encrypted header contained certain values. It is strongly recommended that all users upgrade to the latest version. The new SQLCipher version should be a drop-in replacement for previous releases.

Release Notes: This version is based on the latest release of SQLite (3.6.21), which has many improvements and bugfixes. The SQLCipher code has been cleaned up so that it will compile cleanly under gcc -Wall and VS.NET to enable the use of SQLCipher on Windows. This version also fixes a memory leak that would cause page cache to remain allocated even after the pager was closed. This version should be a drop-in replacement for previous releases, so users are strongly recommend to upgrade.
