sposkpat

sposkpat (Single Purpose Operating System: KPatience) is a distraction-less Patience card game (a.k.a. Klondike). It runs in full screen and keeps other things out of your way; not even a clock is included. It does not use an Internet connection, has no virus risks, puts hard drives to sleep for less noise and to consume less power, allows safe shutdown using the power button at any time, saves absolutely nothing, and runs completely in RAM (after loading, the boot medium can be removed). It runs from a USB drive, CD/DVD, or inside qemu.
