          Release Notes: POP3 support, use of Mail::Cclient instead of Mail::IMAPClient, removal of IMAP folder choice (permanently set to INBOX), title specification in all children of main window, removal of new mail sound effects on startup, can now configure a mailer to launch on control-click, cleanup of preferences file (more easily hand-editable), a renamed preferences file to ~/.spliffrc (delete your old one), functional key bindings for prefs window bottom buttons, miscellaneous code tweaks for speed and efficiency, minor widget packing bugfixes in top frame, and minor changes in font selection

            Release Notes: Several state-change bugfixes in preferences code, a fix for a bug in savegeometryexit that saved all preferences, a fix for update bug which sometimes didn't notice new mail, "top aligning" messages instead of dynamically resizing, a fix for handling when trying to examine invalid mailbox, now shows raw header info instead of munging it, fonts can be applied dynamically like other preferences, sound file configuration and playing on new mail, and cleaner code featuring copious comments.

              Release Notes: A fix for a bug that occurs when count is less than limit, check mail with left mouse click, hide window with middle mouse click, window unhides when new mail is detected, an interactive preferences utility, calls preferences utility runs as wizard on first use, preferences now written to file in home directory, automatically remembers window coordinates, dynamically resizes on limit change, and a help balloon for mouse button actions.
