SPLASH

SPLASH, written in Common Lisp, provides a simple and powerful method of creating splash screens and notices. It supports text, graphics, clickable URLs, and buttons to launch other programs. It is ideal for wrapping around other programs to display relevant information, especially in large organizations with an extensive installed software base. It is intended to be easy to use by relatively non-technical people.
