Version 0.4 of spice-gtk

Release Notes: This release adds A/V sync with PulseAudio and building with mingw32, so it can run on Windows (using cairo and gstreamer backends). There are fixes for various other issues, such as async read() being incomplete, which could have lead to various communication errors.

    Release Notes: Opus codec support has been added. The dependency on dbus-glib can be replaced with gdbus. SSL will use tls 1.0 or better.

    Release Notes: The inverted cursor support has been improved. SSL uses a system-wide trust certificate store. SASL works with other methods than MD5. Many regression fixes piled up from previous releases have been added.

    Release Notes: spice-gtk now supports c&p line ending conversion automatically. Smartcard initialization and usbredir fixes are included. Overall performance has been improved by flushing pending messages and optimizing a few functions. This release also includes the CVE-2011-1485 fix.
