Release Notes: Some major inefficiencies were fixed. Comments were added. Tons of bugfixes were made. Net::Whois::Raw and Net::Whois::IP are now used for all whois lookups, instead of forking out "whois" processes. Some code was optimized, and timeouts were put in for whois lookups.
