Release Notes: Language definitions for makefiles, CSS files, and m4 files were added. The --quiet option was added to show no progress information. Direct color specifications in double quotes in style files are allowed. In style files, one can specify formatting options for more than one element on the same line. CSS files can be specified as style files (with limited support). Background colors for single elements and the entire document are now handled.
