Socket_poll

Socket_poll is the first part of a set of libraries to make writing network applications easier and faster. It implements poll()'ing of sockets, so that you will know when they are ready.

    Release Notes: This version now uses pkg-config, fixes a bug in the non-default mapping type, and adds a quick poll into the core code.
