Release Notes: This release works correctly with EnigMail-encrypted email messages sent with Mozilla Thunderbird. For updates of the remailer status files, a random pinger is now selected from the "all pingers" file. If the update fails, another pinger is selected for a second try.

Release Notes: Useful settings have been separated out by themselves, so a configuration file is not need for mixmaster-3.0rc1. mixmaster-filter is not need. Useless header lines of an email message are now removed by mixmaster-smtp. mixmaster-smtp may be run as a daemon in the background.

Release Notes: This release improves the means of updating of the remailer stat files. "mixmaster --update-stats" is used by default. If the option "TORIFY_UPDATE" is set to "yes", the OnionRouterNetwork is used to increase anonymity, and the update is called with "torify mixmaster --update-stats".

Release Notes: The script was completely rewritten. It supports the ESMTP extensions 8BIT and PIPELINING, and it is possible to start it as a daemon at boot time.
