SMS Client

SMS Client is a UNIX command line based utility which allows you to send SMS messages to mobile phones and pagers. This software has been written and tested on Linux however a number of users have reported success running under both AIX and Solaris. SMS Client currently supports a wide variety of services providers and protocols.

    Release Notes: This release adds small changes to get back into the Debian tree. In particular, it moves config files from /etc/smsclient/services to /usr/lib and updates the uk network numbers.

      Release Notes: Added a fix so that the modem settings are restored correctly on hangup. This should please some people who are concerned when warnings pop up during the hangup sequence.
