        Release Notes: Bugfixes and enhancements were made in many scripts. New scripts (smbldap-userinfo and smbldap-userlist) can help administrators and users to read and modify entries.

          Release Notes: The configuration script has been updated. It can also configure a new parameter userHomeDirectoryMode to set the default home directory mode. The old directory configuration path ( / etc/smbldap-tools/) can now be used.

            Release Notes: The configuration script has now optional parameters which are loaded from the Samba configuration file. A suffix with more or less than two domain component can be used.

                Release Notes: smbldap-passwd was patched to not use an external program (slappasswd). A new '-r' option was added to smbldap-usermod for renaming a user. The location was changed to /opt/IDEALX to conform to the FHS/LSB.

                  Release Notes: The major enhancement is a new object in the LDAP directory used to record the next available uidNumber and gidNumber value used when creating a new user or a new group. When upgrading, you should carefully read the INSTALL file, especially the "UPGRADE TO RELEASE 0.8.5" section.

                    Release Notes: This release include bugfixes and new documentation. The configuration file now includes certificate directives for TLS support.

                      Release Notes: A few bugs were fixed. The scripts and configuration file names are changed: configuration is now split in two files, and scripts are renamed without ".pl" extension.
