Release Notes: The assembly language counting code has been improved. In particular, there are improved heuristics and support for "*" as a comment character. Support for Delphi project files has been added (.dpr files, which are essentially in Pascal syntax). Detailed license text has been added to every source file.
Release Notes: This release has a few minor bugfixes and improvements. It automatically tries to use several different MD5 programs until it finds one that works. This is more flexible, and as a result, it now works out-of-the-box on Mac OS X. It accepts "." as the directory to analyze, correctly identifies wrapper scripts left by libtool as automatically generated code, and correctly identifies debian/rules files as makefiles. The installation documentation has improved.
Release Notes: This bugfix release eliminated incorrect UTF-8 warnings noticed by certain Perl 5.8.0 users (particularly under Red Hat 9), added support for counting SLOC in literate Haskell files, added more Common LISP and Modula 3 extensions, fixed a bug with counting Perl SLOC (involving skipping in-line POD documentation), fixed a documentation link, and added a "--version" option.
Release Notes: This release features a significant improvement for OCAML.
Release Notes: Improved support for Fortran, including a counter for Fortran 90.
Release Notes: SLOCCount now runs on Solaris 2.7, and there is a new documentation section on "Intermediate COCOMO", so that users who want better estimates can learn how to get them.
Release Notes: Support for analyzing Java Server Page (.jsp) files, elimination of some warnings in newer Perl implementations, and a few other minor fixes/improvements.
Release Notes: Re-implemented the Pascal counter, fixing some problems (especially oddly nested comments) and greatly speeding it up. The detection of automatically generated flex files was also added.
Release Notes: This version adds support for Standard ML (as language "ml"), and now recognizes ".hh" as C++. ".inc" files are now examined to determine if they are Pascal or PHP (before they were assumed to be PHP). Pascal detection has improved. A bug in handling many PHP files in one package was fixed. SLOCCount had problems with files including CR and other weird characters at the end of the filename; this is now fixed.
Release Notes: Improved the Pascal detection and counting, and added a reference to CCCC.
