slcview allows you to fully script creation of clustergrams and tree diagrams from .cdt, .gtr, and .atr files as output by several biologically-oriented clustering programs, namely Cluster and XCluster. Many options allow you control of the output, and, in addition, slcview allows you to create an annotated legend with the same scale of colors as used in your clustergram.

Release Notes: Code reorganization was done. The Slcview.pm module was added, which allows all the main working procedures to be used by others more easily. Other minor algorithm and organization changes were made. Default options may now be specified in system slcview.conf and user .slcviewrc files. A basic autoscaling of gtrresolution, atrresolution, genelabels, and arraylabels is now done.
Release Notes: Legend file output has been tweaked. Command line color options work as they should now.
Release Notes: Writing the gene and array labels caused a few bugs when you were missing either a .gtr or .atr file. Those should be fixed now.
Release Notes: This release adds the ability to draw gene and array labels. The legend image orientation has been changed, and is labeled more thoroughly.
