Release Notes: Sign-in is now possible with a Microsoft account, and chat communication to Messenger, Xbox, Hotmail, and is possible. Minor user interface changes have been made. Multiple instances of the client can now run with different (secondary) logins. Full support for the "/golive" command has been implemented to ease hosting conference calls. Skype URIs in browsers can now launch the client. Notifications can now be sent to a user-selected audio device. Minor bugs and crashes have been resolved.

Release Notes: A serious security issue has been fixed which caused IM messages last entered or sent prior to a crash to be sent to a different IM contact. Saving of sent files to hard disks formatted with FAT32 is again possible. A crash when marking all conversations as viewed has been fixed. Participants appearing and disappearing from call view has been fixed.

Release Notes: A new Conversations View and a new Call View have been introduced. Audio and video call quality has been improved. Webcam support has been extended. Chat synchronization has been improved. New presence and emoticon icons have been added. The ability to store and view phone numbers has been introduced. Several crash and freeze scenarios have been resolved. Loading of the chat history is now much faster.

Release Notes: Support was added for high quality video, for Skype's SILK audio codec, for PulseAudio, for sending of SMSs, for contact groups, and many other features. Many minor improvements and bugfixes were made.
