Release Notes: This version includes a patch addressing a threading issue in popup menu animation. Several changes were made to reduce a potential memory leak when using disabled buttons. SkinLF was updated to Laf-Plugin 0.2 (from https://laf-plugin.dev.java.net/).
Release Notes: This release fixes an issue with the editable JComboBox when running JDK 1.4 or 1.5, and provides a better JFileChooser implementation. A German resource file was added. NativeSkin support for JDK1.3 was dropped. This release also fixes a minor bug in NativeSkin where a window was 1 pixel wider than it should have been. The version number scheme has been changed to YEAR.MONTH. With the old version number scheme, this version would have been named 1.2.13.
Release Notes: The Native Skin was broken with JDK 1.3.1. A problem which occurred when a dialog was made visible from another dialog was fixed.
Release Notes: The component background color is now honored by SkinLF. The "Shade" menu item can be disabled with a System property. JFileChooser now uses the System icons for files and folders (JDK 1.4 and later only). Inactive windows (title bar and buttons) are now painted correctly. It is now possible to differentiate between active and inactive windows. This release has not been tested with J2SE 5.0.
Release Notes: This release adds support for indeterminate mode of JProgressBar (JDK 1.4 only).
Release Notes: This release comes with the new Aluminium Alloy Toxic theme pack. It fixes one memory leak when changing skins at runtime and perfects the JRE 1.4 frame decoration support.
Release Notes: A resizing issue with JDK 1.4 window decoration was fixed. The window popup menu with JDK 1.4 was fixed when window decoration is used (the popup menu was going behind the main panel). The demo was updated to allow file open dialogs to be visible in JavaWebStart.
Release Notes: This release comes with a new theme pack, support for theming text component borders, fixes JOptionPane background painting, adds support for JDK 1.4 frame decoration, and has better painting for the JComboBox arrow button. It also introduces theme converters to port themes written for other skin engines to SkinLF themepacks. This is how the new CellShaded theme was created, by porting a Windows visual style.
Release Notes: This release solves a NullPointerException after CTRL+SPACE (bug 585981). NativeSkin did not load when run under NT4.0 (bug 575196). A bug with JPanel opacity was fixed (bug 567924).
Release Notes: This release fixes an opacity bug with JLayeredPane. The shading of InternalFrame in JDK1.4 was resizing the window to 0 pixels in height, and JTable serialization was failing due to GtkPersonality not being serializable. The header renderer is now in its own class, as is GtkListCellRenderer. DefaultButton images have been made transient too. NativeSkin replaces SkinRegion, and is not only limited to irregular windows (the library name has changed too).
