The database backend has been separated to allow other DBMSs to be used. There are bugfixes and minor additions/changes.

Test items can optionally be tested as they're added. A table prefix can be set for picky ISPs and MySQL hosts. An admin can change the ownership of links/cats. A minor security hole in the editItem routine was fixed.
