Release Notes: This is a major update release. Client and remote checks are rewritten in Perl. The source code has moved to github. SisIYA now supports packages for Arch and the latest versions of CentOS, Fedora, and openSUSE. Debian and Ubuntu packages are going to be available soon. A client package is available for MS Windows.

The behavior of the sisiyac client program when the message length is greater than MAX_STR was changed to truncate the message instead of just exiting. The sorting of systems via statusid in the systems overview page was removed so that they stay in their alphabetical positions.
