Release Notes: This release fixes some bugs, one of which concerns building (libltdl). As a feature for small embedded systems, the pthread stack size is configurable to minimize the memory footprint (RAM). Another highlight is the new plugin_regex that allows rewriting the SIP "To" header (call target) of outgoing calls using regular expressions.

Release Notes: This release introduces dynamically loadable plug-ins. The API consists of 3 mandatory functions that a plug-in has to implement. A plugin can take control at every important point of the processing. Siproxd now builds with libosip2-3.1.x; some functions have been renamed.

Release Notes: This release is functionally equivalent to 0.6.1 but now uses version 3 of the libosip2 library. Whenever possible, you should upgrade to this version. This version of siproxd no longer supports version 2 of the libosip2 SIP stack.

Release Notes: This release includes minor fixes in the DNS caching part, among other parts. It is the last release that supports libosip2 version 2.x.x instead of version 3.

Release Notes: Newly introduced features include an RTP de-jitter mechanism, ';rport' support, and the ability to masquerade the User-Agent string sent out into the public Internet. The DNS resolver has been changed to keep failed DNS attempts in cache for 10 minutes. This provides a certain level of protection from repeating DNS timeouts (e.g. a dead DNS server). A number of minor bugfixes are included.

Release Notes: This release fixes some issues with Grandstream phones, the "unregister at startup" option, and expiration timeout handling. It adds a "Short-Dial" feature.

Release Notes: Siproxd now supports setting the DSCP (Differentiated Services Code Point - Quality of Service) value for relayed (sent) RTP packets. It no longer needs to be run on the NAT router itself, and can now be run on an internal host "in front of" the NAT router. This make siproxd usable with installations that use an ADSL out-of-the-box NAT router. The new API of libosip2-2.2.x is now supported. Several bugfixes have also been made.

Release Notes: This release includes an important bugfix when processing Re-INVITEs. This bug has probably affected quite a number of SIP - PSTN gateways that would not work properly with siproxd. Build support for Windows platforms using the Cygwin environment is provided. A new logging facility (via a TCP connection) allows you to record debug logs via a network connection, which is handy on embedded platforms with a limited amount of available filespace.
