SilverStripe is a Web application framework and content management system. It differs from many of the better known CMSes in that it uses fully object orientated code, has native Ajax support, and allows you to very cleanly customize the system to suit your needs.

Release Notes: Faster performance, lower memory use, and better stability were implemented throughout the platform. Website addresses now suit larger Web sites and offer superior SEO thanks to hierarchical URLs. Microsoft SQL Server and PostgreSQL are supported in addition to the previously supported MySQL database. User experience was improved for both the installer and SilverStripe CMS. The default theme is now written in HTML5 markup.
