                  Release Notes: This release adds HTTPS through a proxy server. It provides new run-time options to assign an alternative resource file (-R) and to get and display HTTP requests and headers (-g). It adds support for Windows on Cygwin version 1.5 and later.

                      Release Notes: This release adds data points for the fastest and slowest transaction in a run. It also adds increased SSL compatibility. Siege will now send an SSLv2 hello, but indicate to the server that it also understands SSLv3 and SSLv1.
