    Release Notes: Various minor fixes were made to the internal handling of namespaces to maximize compatibility with a number of new (and old) C++ compilers.

      Release Notes: This release addresses the long-standing, hard-to-reproduce bug in the range parsing. This now makes 0.9 complete, and development/release of 0.10, which will facilitate the return of match location information information, can proceed.
