    Release Notes: This release adds a few small bugfixes, new documentation, and many new routing chains.

      Release Notes: Routing can now be controlled. A chain was added for NNTP and the ICQ, ident, and passive FTP chains were modified. Default, verbose, and silent output modes were also partially implemented.
