    Release Notes: The FFT computation has been optimized. The SETI@home client now performs two types of pulse detection; this means that you will occasionally see two new signal types in your result file: "pulse" and "triplet".

      Release Notes: A fix for a 2.0 client crash with a floating point exception on some work units, fixes for proxy-handling bugs (client is now reported to work with Microsoft proxies), a less verbose client, less file rewrites of the state.sah file, safer rewrites of all files to avoid mistaken restart of work unit processing, and updates to the Countries list.

            Release Notes: More linux binaries: i386-pc-linux-gnu-gnulibc2.1 i386-pc-linux-gnulibc1-static i686-pc-linux-gnulibc1-static New beta program: xsetiathome. All generated files have now a .sah extension. Windows changelog says, this version is more secure. The v1.x binary will soon be unable to obtain new work units.
