Release Notes: This release fixes two bugs: a problem with an array not growing properly, and an issue with an FTP sink instruction. Custom flat file signatures computed on the raw data of the file body are now supported. The restrict record filter now allows handling of unmatched records, such as discarding the record with an appropriate message. Record counts in flat file trailers are now supported. Multiple record writers in record streams are now supported.

Release Notes: This version introduces chained record readers, where the output of the first reader is used in the selection criteria of the second reader. This supports, for example, joins between rows in two different databases, or joins between rows in a flat file and a database. Also, an sx:sqlUpdateChoice element has been added that submits one of two update statements depending on the results of a query. This allows "if exists update else insert" logic.

Release Notes: This release allows you to validate individual records with an XML Schema and log the bad records in a flat file or database table, along with the reason why validation failed. It also supports escaping of quote characters in parameters and fields embedded in SQL select and insert/update statements. Finally, base flat file records may now be extended by including a reference to them in the definition of a derived record.

Release Notes: This release introduces an sx:reorderRecords element to support reordering a group of records within a group section before mapping them to XML. This supports, for example, reading groups of detail records followed by summary records, and mapping them to summary tags enclosing detail tags.

Release Notes: This release addresses an issue with loading resource files that was causing some problems for J2EE users. In addition, there are several enhancements to the support of flat files having repeating groups, including the introduction of segment and repeat delimiters.

Release Notes: The release addressed a number of inconsistencies with regard to naming and packaging. Two major enhancements were made. Firstly, nested and repeating groups of record segments are now supported in flat record definitions. This offers additional support for, among other things, mapping edi records. Secondly, aggregating content over multiple sources in record mappings is now supported.
