Release Notes: This version adds support for the Windows platform. The core has been completely rewritten. This should give better performance and also better protection against overflows. Support for the FLOWCONTROL-SUSPEND option has been removed. sercd can now run standalone, without "inetd". This version also features many minor fixes.
