Release Notes: This release adds a new subst function in the textops module, a new commandline option for checking the configuration file, and extended operator support in the configuration file. The new commands set_advertised_address and set_advertised_port can be used to control what IP address will be printed in SIP messages (useful for NAT traversal). The Remote-Party-ID value can now be stored in the database (in addition to the radius server). The permissions of the FIFO interface are now more restrictive. Some minor bugs in different modules have been fixed.
