senddfbymail
senddfbymail is a Perl script (with a Web interface) that can download files from the Internet (via FTP or HTTP), split them into parts, and email them to the user.

Release Notes: The ability to remove downloaded file/parts and the ability of turning on/off the automatic removal of downloaded files have been added. All system() calls have been eliminated. Downloading the files with HTTP "Referer" has been improved. There are many bugfixes, as usual.
