Version 1.2 of Seafile

Release Notes: This is the first international release of Seafile. Though several minor problems remain, this release is stable enough for normal usage. Clients for Mac OS X, Windows, and Linux are ready. The server runs on Linux (Ubuntu, Debian, CentOS).
