    Release Notes: This releases fixes problems with running the OpenGL version under nVidia cards. The non-OpenGL version is deprecated. Various fixes have been applied to the enemy AI code to make them more interesting.

      Release Notes: Major changes in this release include OpenGL support, alpha blending, compressed images, and a new backdrop and sprite images. For computers without OpenGL, there is alpha level support for SDL_gfx.

          Release Notes: The game is now full playable. The new features include PowerUps, new enemy asteroids, new sounds, fixes to the firing system, and several surprises. Bugfixes include playability on some slower systems, support for non-Intel byte order computers, and several graphical glitch fixes.
