Release Notes: This release delivers an automated setup.exe for Windows, a cleaner source structure, and more automated compilation for UNIX and Windows. This release can not only interpret, but also compile BASIC directly into executable code. PostgreSQL and UNIX ODBC are supported as new modules. This release also contains numerous bugfixes.

The C- and Perl-like 'v op= exp' assignment operators, +=, -=, *=, /=, \=, and &= were added. A Debian install package is now available.
