    Release Notes: This release adds PDF-X1a support. It has bugfixes and updated bar codes. It has full support for the OpenICC Directory Proposal (http://www.oyranos.org /wiki/index.php?title=OpenIccDirectoryProposal). The CMYK color palette created by the Newspaper Association of America (NAA) for newspaper advertisements has been integrated into Scribus.

      Release Notes: A new spellchecker based on Hunspell was provided. 64-bit versions are now available for Windows Vista, 7, and 8. Documentation was updated (including translations), and UI translations were updated. A security update was provided for the Python Scripter (Windows) along with fixes to issues with file locations and file names on Windows. There were also fixes and an enhancement to the Scripter. Additional build options were provided. There were major and minor bugfixes, ranging from crashes in some corner cases to usability improvements.

        Release Notes: This release adds GiveLife Color System palettes (license in the swatches directory), adds updates to resolve small canvas issues, fixes bitmap and SVG image importation issues, adds undo steps for path operations and page moving, fixes master page behavior, fixes text editing issues, enhances the scripter, updates translations, significantly updates the Italian version of the help documents, and relocates profiles and swatches to the share directory of Unix-like systems (Linux, OS X, etc.) to fit in with the FHS.

            Release Notes: Fixes were made for the Story Editor, Styles, and buggy fonts. Support was added for CUPS 1.5.

              Release Notes: Crash bugs were fixed. A lot of undo updates were made (including updates to text undo). Usability fixes were made. A move was made to 140 versioned preference files. A number of older bugs were triaged and fixed.

                Release Notes: This is the second release candidate to be the next stable 1.4.x. Since 1.3.3.x, there has been a complete port to Qt4 and over a thousand bugfixes and feature requests.

                  Release Notes: FreeBSD and NetBSD build fixes. Translation files are now generated at build time. Items can now be copied, cut, pasted, and deleted in the Scrapbook. New resources, especially templates and colour palettes. Fixes for crashes caused by images with an embedded and faulty ICC profile. Fixes for EPS files that don't conform to the specification. A script ("Autoquote") has been added to the Script menu. Parts of the Online Help have been rewritten or updated, and many new pages have been added.

                    Release Notes: During this development period, the team focused on stability and correctness. Almost 50 bugs have been resolved since the release of 1.3.6. There are ew Scripter functions, usability improvements, translation updates, updates to the documentation, PDF bookmark export fixes, and text layout fixes.

                      Release Notes: Almost 150 bugs have been fixed since the release of 1.3.5. There are new Scripter functions, usability improvements, translation updates, more color palettes, updates to the documentation, and build instructions for OpenSolaris.
