Release Notes: With chapter 12 of the story finished, the game can now be completed. Rendering was greatly improved: the game now runs on low-end systems with a reasonable framerate. Other improvements include new icons for everything, new music, and new outdoor environments including house models. There is also a new container UI. As always, there are many bugfixes.


Release Notes: The game now comes with full German and Italian translations. All missions start outdoors in a village with its own set of NPCs. Outdoor levels now have better flora modeling and sport variable weather conditions. Many ambient sound effects have been added.


Release Notes: This release sports outdoor areas (complete with swaying trees). The movement AI has been refactored and improved. Chapter 11 of the story can be played, where the players encounter level more than 20 creatures. There are many other bugfixes, features, art, music, and translations.


Release Notes: The code has been internationalized and includes an Italian translation. There is also a new drag-and-drop inventory UI and messaging window. There are many bugfixes, UI improvements, and new artwork.


Release Notes: This release introduces real savegames with a new interface and saved maps. When all of the party dies, your score is (optionally) uploaded to the Web. In chapter 10 of the story, 19th level characters finally encounter the druid Mothrazu. There are lots of new spells, professions, capabilities, bugfixes, graphics, and sounds.


Release Notes: Md3 (Quake 3) model support has been added. Chapter 9 of the story brings a level 17 party into the presence of a goddess. Items no longer get in the way of combat. There is a lot of new art. Multiple save games are now possible (except on Windows). Identified items stay identified. There are many other bugfixes and smaller features.


Release Notes: This release contains better party movement and a new simplified PC editor. The game now starts with only 1 player, and others can be hired and dismissed. Besides many bugfixes, this version also contains chapter 8 of the story.


Release Notes: This release has a brand new RPG system and new turn-based combat. It has spell-containing items (such as rings, wands, etc.). There are also new spells, creatures, and missions. Party movement and path-finding have been updated, and there are many other bugfixes. Please read the notes on how to install the data file for the autopackaged binary.


Release Notes: This version contains randomly-generated caves, a plethora of turn-based combat improvements, a minimap, new music, 3d fog of war, and more. The long list of bugfixes includes a patch for the infamous map-selection bug (which has been there since 0.1). Also included is chapter 6 of the story. This takes the party to level 10, and grants them an interview with Sabien where many a secret is revealed.


Release Notes: This release focuses on introducing squirrel language scripting and a balanced combat system. New functionality like special capabilities and deity-backed healing pools are implemented in squirrel. There are also many UI, party movement, and general usability fixes.
