Release Notes: The left or right panels can be expanded or hidden with one touch. Icons were added for TV-listings providers and ScheduleWorld calendars. Email notifications work again. A monthly report for timesheets was added. Sending and receiving meeting requests to and from Exchange and Outlook now work properly.
Release Notes: In this version, old XMLTV data is now automatically deleted, the creation of getListings[.bat] was fixed, as was XmlTVSetup (some providers missing --config-file), it now exports DISPLAY=localhost:0.0 so cron can call getListings, there is a new uk_bleb to replace uk_rt, there are Japanese TV listings character conversions, there are coloured categories for many providers, and there is XMLTV commentator, 8859-2, UTF-8, and timezone parsing.
Release Notes: This release integrates calendaring and scheduling with XMLTV data, which provides TV listings for up to 13 countries. An XMLTV setup and "get listings" capability was also provided. Forwarding iCalendar emails to your ScheduleWorld account now works well in all cases too.
Release Notes: This version fixes a number of issues with Outlook 2003 interoperability, and several related to Java 1.5. It handles Microsoft TNEF with a friendly email bounce. It changes the email bridge to add "(SW)" to the bridge email address, so contact lists won't get confused. It also correctly displays a work-week as starting from Monday, correctly displays a week view as starting from the first day of the week according to your locale, and displays date strings that fit better in smaller windows.
Release Notes: Outlook XP and 2003 have some interoperability issues that have been fixed. Meeting requests from ScheduleWorld will now show up in those calendars.
Release Notes: Interoperability with Exchange, Outlook, and Notes, is supported by using email. Events and meetings are integrated. For example, you can invite, reschedule, update, accept, decline, tentatively accept, and cancel events or meetings. Big contact management updates were made that enable you to create and manage non-ScheduleWorld contacts. Deleting todo items works again.
Release Notes: This release adds minor GUI fixes for scheduling and timesheets, a major cleanup of the (planned for public release) open API, more Outlook/Exchange interoperability enhancements, and a switch of obfuscators to ProGuard. The next version will be a major release and will interoperate with Outlook/Exchange/Notes and others using email.
Release Notes: Email notifications were implemented. If you select "Email Reminder" when you create an Event, you will receive an email reminder. You do not have to be running the ScheduleWorld client to receive the email. The email message is not encrypted. The program now works offline, and auto-detects if you are back online. Some error messages may need to be cleaned up. Several small GUI cleanups were made.
Release Notes: In this version, the time sheet extensions are ready. There are huge speedups in encryption, compressed diff'd iCalendar data, customizable HTML time sheet templates, real-time data mining of timesheet data for corporate admins, and Swing-friendly background synchronization of customer/project/iCalendar data.
