        Release Notes: This release builds on Tcl/Tk 8.6b1, updates the O3b script based on the latest information, adds simulations of Japanese NeLS rosette and COMMstellation, allows selection between existing J2 and classical J0 orbital models with the -orbit-model flag, provides keyboard menu shortcuts (except on buggy Mac Tk), warns against deletion of help text files, supports building with just 'make' on x86_64 Linux systems, and adds notes on packaging and release processes.

          Release Notes: This release includes fixes for a couple of rare Tcl/Tk errors, makes -redrawn-menus the default on Mac OS X to work around a bug in using the 10.5 Leopard menubar, adds a View Source... option, and adds more elevation circles to large fisheyes.
