    Release Notes: This release fixes a bug that was introduced in version 1.10 which allowed garbage characters into filenames. Upgrading from 1.10 to 1.11 should be considered mandatory, while upgrading from earlier versions is optional.

      Release Notes: The newest maildir spec was implemented. Compatibility with new glibc versions that break errno was achieved, Red Hat 9.0 RPMs were created, and minor cleanups were made.

        Release Notes: An implicit cast caused incorrect timestamps under Solaris. Timestamps are now correct, and portable 64-bit integer support was also fixed.

              Release Notes: This release fixes safecat's first reported bugs. Under certain conditions, safecat failed to delete temporary files - this is now fixed.

                Release Notes: Some minor bogosities in the distribution have been fixed. In particular the obsolete "configure" script has finally been deleted, so people won't become confused and run it. No changes were made to the executables.

                  Release Notes: Cleanups for several minor blemishes in the code, such as unused variables. So far, no bug has ever been reported in a released version of safecat.

                    Release Notes: It was completely rewritten using non-libc libraries, including buffered I/O. It features a speedup of about 1.4 for actual email messages, and it now writes "Delivered-To:" and "Return-Path:" headers when DTLINE and RPLINE environment variables are set.

                      Release Notes: A new script "maildir" (maildir ~/Maildir can be used in lieu of safecat ~/Maildir/tmp ~/Maildir/new when using genuine qmail-style maildirs).
