                    Release Notes: IPv6 support has been added to testing tools, Perl and PHP bindings have been updated to a new address-family-aware API, and a pointer arithmetic bug in ruli_getaddrinfo() has been fixed.

                      Release Notes: The API was changed to support multiple address families. Binary compatibility was broken, and applications requiring the previous API must stick with 0.21. Experimental support for IPv6 transport was added, and a getaddrinfo(3) compatible interface was included.
