Release Notes: This release has been updated to rwdtinker version 1.82. It switches to po files for translation files, adds the beginning of a Hindi po file, adds more Japanese strings, changes handling of lang change = in the tinkerwin2variables.cnf, refactors init.rb to move routines into lib/rwdtinker modules, condenses config files from 5 to 3, fixes a document launch bug, adds $KCODE = 'u', and moves help files to the rwd_files directory.

Release Notes: Version 1.06 has been fully updated for rwdtinker 1.75 and now completely supports live applet loading and unloading. Old unused schedule files have been deleted, language files have been revised, and configuration files have changed locations for gem locations on Linux systems.

Release Notes: This release has fixes for the gem which command, more work on localization, and a reduced number of menu choices. The gem server scan has been updated and fixed. Version 1.05 bugfixes for applet unloading are included. This version is heavily refactored to load and unload live applets.
