RTSP Caching Proxy
RTSP Caching Proxy is a proxy for multimedia content that is transferred with the RTSP/RTP protocols. It has the capability of caching streams and playing them back to clients. It is a modified version of the RealNetworks RTSP proxy kit reference implementation.

Release Notes: A preliminary implementation of the IP address and host name filter was added. The Windows startup script was fixed. Session data is properly cleared when a session is closed. Only a UDP port pair is used for all RTP/RTCP packet handling and sending for all the connected clients.
