Release Notes: The --fixdate option was added, which causes missing dates to be replaced with the current date. The --template2=FILE|URL option was added, which is the same as --template but repeats the whole template for every single item. The --pipe=CMD option was added to pipe the output for a single item to the given command.

Release Notes: This release added PHP code that shows how the feeds collected by RSStool can be used in your own sites. All old versions of the ANSI SQL script structure were made selectable for backwards compatibility. --google-news[=SEARCH] generate RSS feeds from Google/News and removes Google redirects from the links (default: latest news). --google=SEARCH generates an RSS feed from a Google search. All hacks were updated or fixed. A --href option that outputs only the links as plain text was added. --parse=FILE|URL generates an RSS feed from a random HTML document. A --wget option uses wget for downloading. Some small bugfixes were made.

Release Notes: The --input-file=FILE option was added to download the feeds found in the specified file. The --shtml2 option was added, which is like --shtml, but keeps links intact. A faq.html document was written, which should answer most questions about the program.

Release Notes: The --shtml option was added to strip HTML code from descriptions. The --swhite option was added to strip whitespace from descriptions. The --slf option was added to strip line feeds and carriage returns from descriptions. The --sdesc option was added to strip the whole descriptions from feeds. The -s, --sd, and -1 options have been deprecated. MD5 hashes and CRC32 for titles were added to the ANSI SQL structure to prevent feeds with changing URLs but the same title and description from bloating your database with duplicates.

Release Notes: The --log=FILE option was added write a log to a named file. MD5 hashes were added to the ANSI SQL structure. CRC32 was added to the ANSI SQL structure. The ANSI SQL structure was optimized again. The --sd option to strip descriptions from feeds was added. The --xxx hack was added, which generates an RSS feed from several free XXX sites. Compilation of hacks was made optional (and is disabled by default). The --google[=LANG] hack was added, which searches Google for all available RSS feeds in the given language (which defaults to English).

Release Notes: This release adds youtube-download-link to the RSS feed hack. -u=AGENT uses user-AGENT for connections. The ANSI SQL script output has changed a little. RSS1.0 and RSS2.0 layouts have been fixed to meet specs more closely.
