Release Notes: A critical bug in the mail gateway was fixed. Previously, if an email containing no attachments was received, all existing attachments for the issue were deleted. The bug was introduced in 1.4.17 during the mail gateway code refactoring.

Windows service mode for roundup-server (sf bug 819890) has been fixed. #white has been fixed in cgitb.
