Release Notes: Another bugfix release: bogus non-long options are now handled gracefully; support for running `configure' from a directory other than `top_srcdir'; new EXIT_SUCCESS/EXIT_FAILURE `configure' macros; rlprrc printer resolution bugfixes. In addition, support for a runtime-configurable configuration directory has been added.
