RIV2ASCII Conversion

RIV2ASCII translates codes found on international railroad wagons into readable descriptions, such as Fals, Saadkms, Eanos, and Fccpps, etc. It also dissects the UIC numbers on wagons and axle codes (e.g. Bo'Bo' or (1A1)'(1A1)' ).
